SKILL DRIL GAME:  relay race to create a tremendous Italian feast.  In 35 minutes.

STATION 3:  make shrimp scampi.

Also, make a refreshing glass of lemonade.

CHALLENGE:  Circus-themed scavenger hunt to find circus flags hidden around boot Camp.  Each flag reveals a new task or clue.  

- Taste the donut.  The flavor will hold your next flag.- Raspberry

- Twist & turn, I loop and curl, I salty & found where clowns love to whirl. -Pretzels

- Head to the ferris wheel & correctly match each pie.

SKILL DRILL CHALLENGE:  45 minutes to make Churros & a dipping sauce.

MAIN DISH CHALLENGE:  60 minutes to cook a multi-component dish and put on a show.  The chefs will not be in the kitchen during the cook.

1)  Solve Culinary Riddles in the form of Shakespearean sonnets, 

2) Taste a trio of Macbeth's dishes & identify the single ingredient, 

3)  Correctly identify knife cuts.  45 minutes to solve & cook.

I think Antonia is very hard on the players
